About the Fair:
Stallholder bookings are closed.

Saturday 25 November 2023 – 10am-2pm
Aim: Raising funds for the two school parent associations, whilst supporting local business and the community.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN ON THE WEBSITE. IMAGES CAN BE EMAILED TO US AT THE FOLLOWING LINKS:

Setup:
o 50 tables (only small number of tables available for hire) plus the café
o Stallholders can apply for a physical or online stall for our Grammar Christmas Fair - a collaboration by Bishop Wordsworth's and South Wilts Grammar schools.
o Tables for stalls are 6’ by 3’. Please indicate whether you need one or two tables OR whether you will provide your own.
We ask stallholders to provide (on the form on the website):
· Contact name
· Contact email
· Mobile number
· Name of stall/business
· Brief description of stall
· Special requirements eg extra space needed for floor-standing display racks, electric socket or wall NB nothing can be attached to the walls and all electrical equipment must have a valid PAT test sticker.
· Website and social media links: Please attach one or two photos and/or a link to a website
Fees and Payment Arrangements
Tables provided by BWSPA cost
1 @ £25 or 2 @ £40
Tables provided by the stallholder cost
1 @ £20 or 2 @ £35
Tables for Registered Charity stallholders cost -
£5 per table regardless of whether they provide or we do
Outside pitches Gazebo or vehicle provided by the stallholder at £20
Students of BWS or SWGS free
Online Stallholder only £15
We ask stallholders to contribute a prize towards our raffle please.
Stall fees cover virtual support/ promotion on the website and social media, and a free drink and cake at the event.
Access on the day is from 8.30am. Parking is free up to 3:30pm, after which the site will be locked up.
Payments will be taken on the website.
